Cowen's Baitfish Fly
This pattern casts a very realistic Baitfish profile when in the water. It is about as universal as a pattern can be, good for anything that eats Baitfish
|
This effective baitfish imitation has caught a World Record Golden Dorado and was designed by Henry Cowen a Brooklyn, NY native and accomplished fly designer that has a vast experience base of fly fishing the Northeast. We especially like the large size six 3-D eyes on this pattern that really give Stripers and Albies something to key in on. Made of white Polar Fibre and synthetic hair this fly is not only durable but also holds its shape well under extended use. The baitfish silhouette it reflects in the water is just superb. By the way Tarpon just gobble these up especially at first light when fished in weed lines. We are currently updating our inventory and not accepting new orders. Please check back at a later date. |
