Tarpon Toad II Tarpon Fly: This is a variation of the original Tarpon Toad created by Gary Merriman that has a soft Marabou feather tail as opposed to a strip of rabbit fur. The marabou ungulates even at rest, creating a seductive look like only marabou can. It is this movement that makes the pattern very life-like increasing your chances for a strike from Megalops atlanticus. Color choices are many however we have had the best luck with Purple/Black and Red/Black in low light conditions and Yellow, Orange or Chartreuse in bright light conditions.
