The Adams Dry Fly is considered by many to be one of the most universal attractor patterns of all time. The Adams does not imitate a specific aquatic insect but it does have a silhouette similar to that of many different mayflies making it so universal. The Adams Dun is quite possibly the most fished fly pattern Worldwide so you can literally use this pattern on almost any stream anywhere you may go. As a fishing tool the Adams allows you to fish a particular Mayfly hatch when you just don't have the exact match in your fly box. This Selection will allow you to fish many Mayfly hatches by merely matching the size of the natural. This Selection includes three each Adams Dun in sizes 10 & 18, Adams Parachute in sizes 12 & 16, Female Adams (with egg sac) in sizes 14 & 16 and the Adams Midge in sizes 20 & 22. As you can see with hook sizes ranging from 22 on up to 10 you can be prepared for most active hatch sizes anywhere. We are currently updating our inventory and not accepting new orders.
