Workin Merkin: This is yet another Merkin style (Del Brown Crab Fly) pattern for fishing Permit on the flats. This particular color scheme was created by fly tier and Permit enthusiasts Joe Grobarek to fish in low light conditions of early morning or full overcast days. This pattern imitates a number of species in the Families; Portunidae (Swimming Crabs) and Majidae (Spider Crabs). Designed to be fished in typical crab style for Permit and strip and pause style for Bonefish. We are currently updating our inventory and not accepting new orders.
