Hendrickson Spinner: This is the Mayfly Ephemerella subvaria the Eastern Hendrickson. Depending on temperature, Hendrickson spinner falls take place from late afternoon in cool weather to dusk to late evening in warmer weather. Cool weather spinner falls are sporadic and weak where as warm weather spinner falls are short (forty-five minuets or less) and very dense.
