Rat Face McDougal: Once called the Beaverkill Bastard this general purpose attractor pattern was originated by the famous fly tier Harry Darbee in 1939. It is extremely buoyant and rides high in the water supported by its deerhair body. In larger sizes it is an excellent evening pattern which has also been known to catch Atlantic Salmon.
