Z-Wing Caddis: This is a superb Caddis Pupa imitation from Mike Mercer of Redding, CA. The "Z" in Z--Wing refers to the material that the wing is made of called Z-lon. This pattern can be especially effective when fished in a dead drift across the bottom imitating the natural in the first stages of emergence.
