This is an old stand-by West Coast Steelhead pattern that has not only made its way up and down the Coast but also into the Midwest. It is considered a popular Winter Steelhead pattern where it is fished with weight and close to the bottom. Alaska Rainbows also just eat this fly up. We include it in all of our Alaska Selections.
