John Barr and Charlie Craven are two talented fly designers that corroborated to great this hopper pattern specifically meant to be fished with a dropper. The aft end of the abdomen is designed exceptionally wide to add the extra buoyancy needed for fishing a dropper in big or fast water. There is a patch of chartreuse indicator yarn on the back to give you the extra visibility needed for long casts or drift boat fishing. Yes sir, this pattern is a keeper...
