Placing Orders
The best way to place an order with Fly of the Month Club is to create an electronic order in our Store on this Web Site. This allows us to ship, track and bill your order quickly and efficiently through the use of our systems. We also accept orders via Phone, Fax and Mail. Please see our contact information below.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order on this Web Site or via any other method does not automatically guarantee an offer to sell from Fly of the Month Club, even if an Electronic Order Conformation is received. In some cases, verification of Credit Card and/or Personal information may be required prior to accepting any order. Fly of the Month Club reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer or to adjust and/or limit order quantities on any item.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover only. All credit Card orders will be verified and approved prior to acceptance.
Pay by Check or Money Order
For Mail-In Orders only please make your Check or Money Order payable to: Fly of the Month Club and refer to our contact information below for an address.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Memberships to Fly of the Month Club for monthly mailings of flies are shipped Prepaid without any additional Shipping or Handling Charges. Standard Member and Non-Member Orders for Flies or Fly Assortments placed on this Web Site or via any other method will have the Shipping and Handling Charges automatically calculated and quoted at time of order. Shipping Chargers vary based on USPS Postal Zone and Order Quantity.
International Orders
FOTMC ships flies to most Countries around the world unless mailing restrictions prohibit shipment. All International Orders will be shipped by USPS International Priority Mail. Shipping costs on all International Orders will be added over and above standard shipping and handling costs. In general these costs range from about 20% to 30% of the cost of goods ordered. We will contact International Customers directly via E-mail regarding the specifics of their order including Shipping Costs and Delivery Time.
Return Policy
FOTMC has an unconditional Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back, no questions asked policy. If you wish to return any Flies or Fly Assortments you must receive an RGA Number (Return Goods Authorization) prior to sending any goods back. Please contact us following the below listed contact information.
Closeouts & Overstocks
Please note that due to the nature and low price of Closeout & Overstock purchases all sales will be final without the benefit of a money back guarantee.
Sales Tax
A Sales Tax of 8.75% will be charged to all orders Billed to and Shipped to the State of Illinois only. Orders Billed and Shipped to all other States will not be charged a Sales Tax. International Orders are also Tax Free.
